低醣紫薯月餅

看著月餅,但心有醣(糖)量的顧忌..那麼,就來這款,低醣月餅吧,無需烤箱,就可以完成的小點心,冰涼享用好美味🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

食材

  • 蒸熟的紫薯, 150克
  • 赤藻醣醇, 一小匙
  • 無鹽奶油, 10克
  • 內餡
  • 榛果粉, 40克
  • 自己喜愛的堅果(切細碎), 30克
  • 椰子絲, 10克
  • 無糖可可粉, 8克
  • 無糖綜合堅果醬, 90克
  • 赤藻醣醇, 10克
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:先製作紫薯外皮:紫薯去皮蒸熟,取150克,加入一小匙醣醇與無鹽奶油拌勻image步驟 2:放置一旁待涼備用,image步驟 3:內餡食材全部放入扮盆中拌勻,image步驟 4:至可成團狀態,若不好成團可再加堅果醬輔助成團,將內餡均分為6份,約25克一份image步驟 5:放涼紫薯餡,分為25克一份,需要六份,將紫薯餡壓平,包入內餡image步驟 6:收口收好image步驟 7:表面沾點椰子細粉,增加風味,也防止壓模時沾黏image步驟 8:放入50克的模子,壓出形狀image步驟 9:即完成,紫薯低醣月餅,月餅製作完成之後,建議冷藏保存,盡早享用完畢
