蒜蓉蒸雙鮮 零失誤料理

簡單又快速的清蒸料理~依序鋪上食材只要10分鐘即可上桌,打開蒜香撲鼻而來~蝦Q彈魚軟嫩,擺起來氣派又稱頭

食材

  • 白蝦, 10尾
  • 舫魚片, 200g
  • 冬粉, 3把
  • 米酒, 1匙
  • 太白粉, 1匙
  • 鹽巴, 2匙
  • 醬汁
  • 蒜頭, 20瓣
  • 蒸魚醬油, 4大匙
  • 水, 100cc
  • 香油, 數滴
  • 糖, 1大匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:食材準備:冬粉泡水30分剪成段狀備用蝦子撥殼留下頭尾.開背去除腸泥.鹽巴米酒抓醃備用魚片少許鹽巴抓醃備用醬汁備用image步驟 2:取一鑄鐵鍋鋪上冬粉(3把).加入150cc水水量需淹過冬粉image步驟 3:鋪上魚片image步驟 4:再擺上白蝦image步驟 5:淋上備用醬汁步驟 6:蓋上鍋蓋中火蒸7分鐘 關火悶3分鐘即完成image步驟 7:如圖
