食材

  • 大雞腿, 2支
  • 鹽麴2大匙, 20ml
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:將雞腿洗淨紙巾吸乾水分以鹽麴抹上表面醃製30分鐘以上image步驟 2:烤箱預熱200度放入雞腿烘烤約20分鐘(是烤箱強度調整)亦可同時放入蔬菜類一同烘烤image步驟 3:就這是那麼簡單.外脆內軟.甘甜不死鹹.超級美味
