微微酸甜讓人著迷!牛肉羅宋湯

牛肉羅宋湯

有豐富蔬菜的羅宋湯,是ㄧ道以牛肉高湯為基底,蕃茄為輔的營養湯品~少許的月桂葉就能突顯出羅宋湯的風味~而入口後蕃茄所帶出的微微酸甜真是讓人著迷啊。

食材

  • 牛腩, 400g
  • 月桂葉, 3-4片
  • 洋蔥, 1顆
  • 蒜頭, 2瓣
  • 紅蘿蔔, 半條
  • 馬玲薯, 3顆
  • 蕃茄, 4顆
  • 高麗菜(小), 半顆
  • 甜菜根, 1顆
  • 調味料
  • 鹽, 適量
  • 黑胡椒粉, 少許
  • 米酒或白酒, 適量
  • 水, 1kg-1.5kg
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:半顆的洋蔥切丁、紅蘿蔔、馬玲薯切丁(比紅蘿蔔丁略大一點)、甜菜根切丁;image步驟 2:牛腩肉兩面撒上鹽和黑胡椒粉,熱鍋熱油煎上色;image步驟 3:冷凍蕃茄泡水去皮後切丁,高麗菜也切丁;image步驟 4:取炒鍋用少許橄欖油炒香洋蔥和蒜末後,放入蕃茄炒軟,image步驟 5:下紅蘿蔔丁、甜菜根和馬玲薯丁略炒,image步驟 6:最後加入高麗菜丁.image步驟 7:並用少許鹽和黑胡椒粉調味.image步驟 8:煎好的牛腩切丁後下鍋拌炒;image步驟 9:加水沒過所有的料,放月桂葉熬煮;image步驟 10:煮到牛肉柔軟,馬玲薯和紅蘿蔔鬆軟,試湯的鹹淡,用鹽和黑胡椒粉調味。
