過年想吃又怕變胖? 營養師傳授3階段注意事項

農曆春節即將到來,不少人都擔心過年期間亂吃可能導致體重失控!營養師杯蓋日前在社群媒體上po出一張圖表,親自傳授「過年前後這樣做不怕胖」,還分年前、過年期間、年後3階段要注意的事項,幫助大家健康過好年。

營養師杯蓋在IG上擁有逾25萬人次追蹤,他日前在相關社群媒體上,都特地整理出「過年前後這樣做不怕胖」的圖表,提醒大家要怎麼在過年期間開心放鬆吃,但依舊能保持健康的好身材。

營養師杯蓋建議在過年前進行簡單的調整,可以提升每週的運動量至3、4次,每次至少45分鐘,可以採取正常的飲食模式,他也強調不要嘗試極端飲食,「避免大餐造成體重暴增」。

小年夜到初五這段過年期間,營養師杯蓋則建議大家好好享受美食,「過年不吃,更待何時?」至於還是會擔心的民眾,可以減少碳水化合物的攝取,也可以將茶水代替飲料,減少熱量的攝取。

至於年後要怎麼控制飲食,營養師杯蓋建議大家,增加蔬果攝取,甜食每週最多一次,每週不要攝取超過2次油炸物,最重要的是不吃精緻澱粉、不吃加工肉品,以及完全戒酒。

最後,營養師杯蓋也補充提到,年後必做的4件事情,包含每天10到15分鐘的高強度間歇運動;控制食欲吃七分飽就好;每天盡量睡滿7小時,幫助荷爾蒙平衡;3到4天測量一次體重及腰圍,檢視成效,並做出修正。
