雞肉蔥串燒

使用雞里肌肉來包裹蔥段,捲起後放在烤盤上烤~就是居酒屋最受歡迎的蔥肉卷料理囉!*捲起後也可以用平底鍋煎,記得收口處朝鍋面,小火慢煎即可。

食材

  • 雞里肌肉, 10條
  • 蔥, 8支
  • 日式照燒烤肉醬, 2大匙
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:準備食材image步驟 2:雞里肌肉用肉鎚拍幾下image步驟 3:蔥段放尾端,捲起image步驟 4:放在烤網上燒烤,正反兩面都要烤熟成上色,帶點微黃上色更好image步驟 5:肉烤得差不多,就可以刷醬,兩面再快速烤一下,就可以起鍋image步驟 6:這個肉串也可以放入平底鍋煎,平常準備起來也可以輕鬆上菜
