入口即化、入味下飯!醬燒馬鈴薯雞翅

醬燒馬鈴薯雞翅

馬鈴薯和雞翅都燉煮的入口即化,而且非常入味好吃,濃濃的湯汁拌飯超~讚~煮上一鍋熱騰騰上桌!p.s. 實在太唰嘴,煮完我自己就嗑掉半鍋☺️

食材

  • 雞中翅+翅小腿, 14支
  • 馬鈴薯, 1-2小顆
  • 蔥, 1支
  • 薑, 3片
  • 蒜頭, 4瓣
  • 辣椒(可不加), 1小段
  • 醃料
  • 醬油, 1.5大匙
  • 米酒, 1大匙
  • 白胡椒, 少許
  • 調味料
  • 蠔油, 1大匙
  • 醬油, 1大匙
  • 糖, 1小匙
  • 八角(無可略), 1-2顆
  • 鹽, 適量
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:雞翅加入醃料拌勻,靜置30分鐘。image步驟 2:薑切片、蔥切段,蒜備齊,辣椒可省略。(圖片中薑忘了入鏡)image步驟 3:小火熱鍋不加油,直接將醃好的雞翅皮朝下入鍋,轉中火煎2-3分鐘。image步驟 4:翻面後加入蔥薑蒜等辛香料炒香。image步驟 5:馬鈴薯切成約4公分的滾刀塊(不規則的形狀)。image步驟 6:馬鈴薯加入鍋中後,倒入約莫淹過材料的水(圖中水量有點太多,後來又盛出來一點),加入調味料中火煮滾,蓋子蓋上但留一小縫,繼續煮至收汁即可。image步驟 7:湯汁變得濃稠後可酌量加鹽調味,即可起鍋盛盤。image步驟 8:湯汁甜甜鹹鹹微辣,非常下飯~
