番茄乳香羅宋湯

油脂豐富的牛肋條,與番茄中的脂溶性維生素結合,兩者相輔相成,化為營養滿分的一道湯品,牛肋條釋出的油脂經過熬煮乳化帶點淡淡乳香,與番茄的酸甜,喝起來十分清爽~

食材

  • 牛肋條, 300g
  • 番茄, 200g
  • 洋蔥, 半顆
  • 胡蘿蔔, 半根
  • 馬鈴薯, 2顆
  • 月桂葉, 3-4片
  • 八角, 2顆
  • 鹽巴, 依喜好
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:食材準備:牛肋條川燙切段成4-5公分洋蔥胡蘿蔔切塊狀備用番茄洗淨備用image步驟 2:將所有食材放入鍋中加滿水image步驟 3:小火燉煮約20-30分鐘 使牛肋條軟嫩image步驟 4:馬鈴薯去皮滾刀切大塊 (喜歡口感切大塊,喜歡綿密可切小塊)image步驟 5:放入鍋中續熬10分鐘少許鹽巴調味即可起鍋(喜歡塊狀口感在烹煮的過程中避免攪動,保持馬鈴薯的完整度)image步驟 6:牛肋條釋出的油脂經過熬煮乳化帶點淡淡乳香與番茄的酸甜,喝起來十分清爽~image步驟 7:一鍋到底方便極了image步驟 8:如圖
