柚子熱量比香蕉低?營養師教「4祕訣」 中秋放心吃柚不怕胖

中秋節將至,除了月餅以外,不少人也會選擇吃柚子應景,酸甜的果肉香氣四溢。不過,許多人在享用時也擔心熱量過高。對此,營養師何采璇在好食課粉絲專頁整理出「4件吃柚必知的事」,提醒民眾只要掌握正確份量,就能放心享受而不怕發胖。

何采璇營養師表示,柚子每100克果肉僅約35至50大卡,其實比香蕉(約85大卡)、柿子(約60大卡)都低。文旦每顆約400至600克,去皮後可食部分約240至360克,熱量約115至170大卡;而白柚較大顆,一顆可達1.5公斤,果肉約700至800克,整顆吃下來的熱量相當於一碗白飯。

她建議,一般健康成人每天建議攝取2份水果,約等於240克柚子果肉,即一顆中型文旦或4瓣白柚。如果嫌算片數麻煩,也可以將果肉剝入碗中,8分滿大約就是1份水果,建議一天可吃到1.5碗。糖尿病患者則要特別注意血糖控制,一天不超過2份,並應分時段食用。

吃柚子攝取的熱量,要運動多久才能消耗掉呢?何采璇營養師指出,以60公斤成人為例,吃下一顆文旦後,約需慢走33至49分鐘才能消耗完畢。
