不單靠戒菸!醫師揭靠4大飲食習慣防肺癌 一招「風險大減35%」

「好小子」顏正國因肺腺癌離世,享壽50歲,外界也再次關注此如何防癌。除了「戒菸」是最有效預防關鍵外,功能醫學醫師許嘉珊也指出,調整好飲食習慣及規律運動也是關鍵,都能大大降低肺癌風險。

許嘉珊昨以「改變飲食與生活習慣,也能幫助預防肺癌?」為題發文,談論到大家都知曉「戒菸」是預防肺癌最重要的關鍵,但部分肺癌的發生,卻與吸菸並無直接關聯。

許嘉珊進一步說明肺癌可怕之處,就是在初期可能「毫無徵兆」,換言之如何去預防或是早期偵測就相對關鍵的。她舉例,像是從改善日常生活習慣能有一定效果,不少大型研究顯示,好好調整飲食及生活習慣,同樣有助於降低罹患肺癌風險,當中又以吸菸或曾吸菸者特別有幫助。

4大具保護作用飲食習慣
  1. 1健康型或地中海型飲食:以水果、蔬菜、全穀、豆類、堅果為主,少吃紅肉與加工肉的飲食,與肺癌風險降低約30–35% 有關。
  2. 植物性飲食:愈多植物來源食物、愈少動物性脂肪與肉類,肺癌風險可再下降約 10–25%。
  3. 多吃水果與蔬菜:對吸菸或曾吸菸者,每天多吃100克(約1小碗)水果或蔬菜,肺癌風險再下降 4–5%。
  4. 高膳食纖維全穀早餐少加工肉,也與更低的肺癌風險相關。

而除了從飲食習慣改善外,許嘉珊強調研究發現「規律運動」能夠降低肺癌風險約13–30%,每週至少150分鐘;另外當然最重要就是「戒菸」了,避免暴露在二手菸環境,或長期接觸廚房油煙等,同樣是重要的關鍵。
