減重不只靠飲食與運動!營養師提醒:睡眠與壓力更關鍵

在減重過程中,大家常把焦點放在控制熱量、做有氧運動、增肌減脂,以及使用輔助代謝的保健品;不過營養師珊珊在臉書粉絲專頁「愛健康營養師 珊珊」發文提醒,有2件事往往被忽略,睡眠與舒壓雖然看似不急迫,但其實是重要關鍵,對身體調節與減重都有影響。

營養師珊珊指出,若長期熬夜或忽略紓壓,短期可能只是感到疲憊、精神不佳;但隨著壓力荷爾蒙持續上升,不僅會使得減重變得更吃力,連運動後的修復也會受到影響,長期甚至可能導致自律神經失調。她呼籲大家別再把睡眠時間都用在追劇或滑手機上,把時間額度留給逼不得已的時刻。

為了幫助改善睡眠與壓力,營養師珊珊分享4個好睡秘訣與4個舒壓關鍵:

好睡秘訣

  1. 睡前10小時避免攝取咖啡因(咖啡、茶),幫助入睡。
  2. 日間適度曬太陽、夜晚避免強光干擾,光線能幫助身體調節睡眠相關荷爾蒙。
  3. 就寢前避免強烈聲光刺激,讓情緒和緩,適合入睡。
  4. 做簡單伸展舒緩緊繃的肌群,幫助身體放鬆。

舒壓關鍵

  1. 補充鈣鎂,幫助肌肉與神經穩定,適合睡前補充。
  2. 保留「Me time」,除了工作與家庭壓力外,屬於自己的時光,做自己喜歡的事。
  3. 停止內耗,不要過度在意他人眼光、別人的批評或是完美主義,會大大消耗能量。
  4. 與大自然連結,適時放下3C,走出戶外、接觸大自然,可以幫助放鬆身心。

「睡好、壓力降,才能真正啟動身體的燃脂開關!」營養師珊珊表示,把握這些小細節,能讓減重事半功倍,一步步更靠近理想體態。
