掌控三餐「飽度」是瘦身關鍵

專家總是提醒,三餐建議七至八分飽,適度掌控進食量、飽足感,是維持窈窕體態、健康身體機能的重要環節。但據臨床調查指出,有多半民眾餐餐「飽度超標」進而養出易胖體質!高敏敏營養師補充,觀察多數一般食量民眾飲食習慣發現,多數人在三餐之外還會搭配下午茶、點心、手搖飲解嘴饞,甚至每天食量高達"30分~50分飽"(早餐5分+午餐10分+下午茶5分+晚餐10分),不過可能多數人沒意識到,過量的午餐、晚餐飽足感所帶來的肥胖危機,可不比吃消夜來的低!

為此,高敏敏營養師提出「21分飽」健康飲食觀念!其概念在於掌握:早餐7分飽+午餐7分飽+晚餐7分飽,每日飽足感控制在21分飽;亦或者也可以:早餐5分飽+午餐6分飽+晚餐10分飽。採精準的數字拿捏每餐的飽足感分配比例,既可以吃得滿足,更能維持健康體態。

當然了,想要瘦身成功,三餐飲食選擇至關重要。營養師提醒,除了控制食量,三大地雷食品更要避免!如:有著倍量熱量的「油炸食品」、容易使血糖、血脂飆高的「甜食」,以及隱藏高糖、高鈉、高飽和脂肪的「加工食品」(例:冰淇淋、醬瓜、火腿、香腸等)。掌握進食節奏、精準化飲食方針,才能有效避開減重地雷,瘦得健康無壓力。
