過年久坐危害大!醫分享3招舒緩筋骨 每組動作做10次

【NOW健康 翁靖祐/新北報導】隨著春節假期來臨,民眾總喜歡坐著聊天、看電視,甚至打麻將、玩桌遊等,藉此聯繫情感但坐久以後,不免腰酸背痛。台北慈濟醫院復健科張益維醫師表示,長時間維持同一個姿勢,不僅影響血液循環,也會造成痠痛麻的症狀,必須適時活動筋骨,並分享3組簡易的舒展動作,讓民眾享受假期的同時能舒緩筋骨,安心過年。

三高患者注意! 醫師:久坐容易造成下肢水腫

張益維醫師說明,維持同一個姿勢太久,或是坐姿不正確、椅子沒有椅背、沙發太軟或是太低等,都可能造成肌肉疲勞,若是肌肉過度緊繃就會產生發炎或疼痛的症狀,演變成腰酸背痛;此外,要是長時間久坐還會影響下肢的血液循環,三高患者或心血管功能較差的民眾更可能出現雙腿腫脹、水腫,時間過長甚至會引發「下肢靜脈栓塞」,不可不注意。

過年久坐追劇、打麻將 3招舒展運動避免痠痛

張益維醫師表示,避免久坐是預防筋骨痠痛的良方,但若是因為同一個姿勢維持太久而發生痠痛麻的情形,民眾可以先溫熱敷或是伸展舒緩,若症狀持續沒有改善,就需要就醫診治,必要時以藥物治療。同時,張益維醫師也教導3組舒展動作,每組動作做約10次,就能舒緩筋骨:

▸舒緩妙招1:抬頭擴胸

雙手放鬆垂放身體兩側,距離臀部約10至15公分。雙手握拳並豎起大拇指朝前。接著將大拇指往外旋轉,抬頭看向天花板並維持5至10秒鐘,藉此舒緩頸部與胸部的緊繃。

▸舒緩妙招2:椅背扭腰

坐在椅子上將身體向後扭轉,雙手抓住椅背,感受腰部肌肉被拉伸,停留5至10秒鐘後回到原位,左右各進行1次。

▸舒緩妙招3:踮腳伸展

將腳尖踮起,感受到小腿肌肉的拉伸,並維持5至10秒鐘。

張益維醫師提醒,久坐最理想的就是每30分鐘起身活動1次,並選擇有支撐、避免太軟或過低的座椅,確保腰背貼合椅背,減少腰椎負擔。年假期間民眾如果有久坐,也要記得適度補充水分,藉此促使自己經常起身如廁,間接提高活動頻率,促進血液循環,如此才能擁有健康開心的春節假期。
