古早味:最單純的好味道!花生粽

花生粽(菜粽/素粽)

長糯米➕北港花生單純的好滋味在美味的粽子上撒上上花生粉淋上自製特調醬油再加上滿滿香菜與一大匙的辣椒🌶️光看就滿足煮上一鍋豆腐味噌湯搭配油條的古早味吃法這就是最單純的好味道

食材

  • 竹葉, 10片
  • 棉繩, 5條
  • 長糯米, 300克
  • 花生, 150克
  • 鹽巴 胡椒粉, 適量
  • 醬油膏, 適量
  • 香菜, 適量
  • 料理步驟image步驟 1:竹葉洗淨,以熱水煮約5分鐘後撈起瀝乾image步驟 2:長糯米洗淨撈起瀝乾花生前一晚浸泡隔天放入電鍋內鍋加入水蓋過花生即可外鍋2杯水,蒸約30分鐘後取出備用。image步驟 3:長糯米與熟花生 鹽胡椒粉拌勻image步驟 4:取2張粽葉,較小張的放內、大張的相疊於後,折起7成漏斗狀,image步驟 5:將長糯米填入約1/3、再放上適量花生,再覆蓋長糯米填滿image步驟 6:填好的粽子,自上方粽葉往餡料折入成角粽,再以棉繩於粽腰處紮緊,重複此動作至材料用畢。image步驟 7:取一深鍋,放入約2/3鍋的水量煮至滾沸,加入沙拉油、粽子以大火煮。(水量要淹過粽子,才能受熱均勻;加油可使粽子更香)煮約1-2小時至熟透即可撈起乾image步驟 8:食用時淋上醬油膏灑花生粉及香菜就是好吃的花生粽吃素的朋友也適合喔
